Wear your TexMed Staffing Logo with pride! You will receive a free pair of scrubs after completion of your first eighty hours of work with TexMed Staffing. Each and every time you complete an additional 400 hours you can request an additional pair of scrubs at no cost to you! Scrubs can also be purchased through a payroll deduction at the special price of only $25.00 per pair! A scrub request must be completed and submitted to your local branch for approval and processing.

 

Work 40 Program (36 will do too)

Work thirty-six to forty hours in a single week and we throw in some extra cash! This benefit is designed to reward those employees who work 36 hours or more in a single week for TexMed Staffing. It’s our way of saying “Thanks” for your dedication and loyalty to TexMed Staffing. All RN’s, LPN’s and Allied Health Professionals are eligible to participate in this benefit.

 

How it works:

  • Complete a minimum of 36 hours of work for TexMed Staffing in a single week (Monday through Sunday)
  • Complete the Benefits Request Form, Attach Original Check Stub (they will be returned to you) totaling 36 hours or more for the week you are requesting the benefit.
  • Request must be made within seven days following the week you wish to receive the benefit. This means that if you worked 36 or more hours this week and wish to receive the benefits, you must submit your request, along with the required documentation by next Sunday at the very latest! (No exceptions)
  • Once approved by the Branch and Corporate office you will receive the following:

RN: $75.00 extra per week

LPN, CST, Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech: $40.00 extra per week

 

TexMed Partner Referral Program

Refer a friend and get cash quickly! We hope you enjoy working for TexMed Staffing so much that you will refer every healthcare provider you come in contact with to join our family! This is simply the best referral program in the industry and pays real money….real quickly!

Refer an RN and receive $3500…quickly! You will receive $100.00 after the referred employee works their first shift, an additional $400.00 after they complete an additional 100 hours, and then $1000.00 for each additional 400 hours to a maximum of $3500.00!

Refer an LVN, LPN, CST, Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech and receive $1000…quickly! You will receive $50.00 after the referred employee works their first shift, an additional $450.00 after they complete an additional 400 hours, and then $500.00 for an additional 400 hours to a maximum of $1000.00!

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make! Please keep in mind that if you refer just three RNs each year who meet the hour criteria, you could receive an additional $10,500.00 in referral money! Start sending in those friends, colleagues, and any healthcare provider you come in contact with!

 

Rules of Program

The referred employee must work the required hours within their first year of employment. You must complete a Referral request and submit it to your Branch within seven days of the referred employee’s date of hire. The referred employee must indicate on their original online application that you were the referral source. No exceptions! The date of hire will be determined by the date the candidate places on the original online application.

 

The Fine Print

All benefits require Branch approval. Benefit pay out may require up to thirty days to process, and will be issued with the weekly payroll.

All employees are required to attach documentation to a complete Benefit, Scrub, or Referral Request form in accordance with company policy.

All employees are required to be in good standing and maintain an active status, which means you must work a minimum of three shifts per month. All benefits are voluntary and may be modified, discontinued, or suspended at any time, with or without notice for any reason including performance related issues. It’s your responsibility to review these benefits carefully and to ask any question you may have.
